Sarah graduated honours with distinction in Biology from the University of Victoria in 2003. She then graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2006 with a Master of Physical Therapy. Since graduation she has pursued post-graduate courses in manual therapy, the vestibular system and vertigo, the shoulder, core stability and the pelvic floor and bike fitting.
Sarah has worked in Trail since graduation in both private practice and at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital. She has also been a clinical preceptor for physiotherapy students from UBC.
In her free time Sarah enjoys swimming, cycling and skiing. She also loves time spent with her husband and son in the outdoors, be it paddling, hiking, camping or sailing.
Sarah's treatment approach has a strong emphasis on manual therapy, exercise prescription and education while providing patient centred treatment programs.
